Last week we were lucky enough to get the Logitech G19 Keyboard and put it through it’s paces. It turned out to be a great keyboard and had the reviewer actually not wanting to give it back because he enjoyed watching movies on the 3″ LCD screen attached to it.

We also had a look at the huge 23.6″ AOC LCD monitor which was pretty dam huge. For a lesser known brand it really did turn our heads.

Then there was the terrible news of a security hole found in WordPress. This only applies for older versions of the blogging software so luckily we upgrade as soon as there is a new version out.

Lastly the local broadband wars have begun with MWEB announcing what they will offer their clients, someone had to make a move and MWEB made a killer blow.

Ok so this might sound a little bit dodgy and actually might get you into a bit of a panic but we actually don’t know that much about you. All we can tell is what browser our visitors were using and what operating system was used, however we cannot tell who these belong to.

This data is pretty important to us because it allows us to see current trends and also allows us to use this kind of data to the benefit of Tx Solutions and what we can offer our clients. Such as supporting IE 6 or not; just for reference Tx Solutions checks for basic bugs in IE 6 but does not support it fully.

With all this in mind there is still quite a share of our visitors still using IE 6, bless their souls, which means that either we have a lot of people visiting our site on their pirated copies of Windows or they are just happy using a browser that is almost 10 years old (give or take a year or 2).

Just to note all the information we are about to supply would only be relevant to our sector of the web but it is still a sign of what is going on out there.
